Scientists have calculated the ideal physical exercise for human – health and Beauty – Man

A person needs time in the day to do one hundred steps per minute for half an hour in order to achieve a moderate level of physical activity, say U.S. scientists.

To such conclusion researchers from the University of San Diego came after studying the condition of the body several dozen people walking on the moving walkway at the gym.

The experiments were quite complex, since, according to scientists, regular

pedometer does not give data on the intensity physical activity.

In their work, the team of researchers tried to resolve long-standing disputes about what kind of daily physical activity can be considered adequate to maintain health and but for this we need to work in the garden, walk or run.

The experiment involved 97 people, not complaining about the state of health, whose average age was 32 years.

It turned out that men need once a day to walk half an hour, making on average 95 to 102 steps per minute, and women – 91-115 steps. However, researchers are advised to gradually achieve the goal. In their opinion, should start with 1000 steps in 10 minutes, and then slowly proceed to 3000 steps per half hour.

“Physical activity is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, and a quick walk – the perfect way to train yourself to move”, – said the expert in the field of sports medicine Harry O’donovan.

Meanwhile, the Profesor of physical culture and health University of Bristol Ken Fox warns that although 100 steps per minute – this is a reasonable burden for the health, but even she must be made on the recommendation of a specialist.

“We must remember that his research of the American scientists conducted on young healthy people. People are also experiencing health problems or suffering from obesity, you must pick up your own walking rhythm”, – says the scientist.
