The training gear sanlam

In the area of group programs, runs a wide range of clases, more than 30 training programs at different times: aerobic clases, functional and strength clases, mixed programs, team sports, martial arts, exercise programs for pregnant women and so-called “soft fitnes”, including Pilates, Yoga and Stretching.

In a health club, Nautilus has 5 meeting rooms for group sesions and 2 rooms for personal training. Group exercise rooms cover an area of almost 400 m2.

Aerobics and dancing

The flooring of this room, 100 m2, made of floating flooring that is unique in its ability to absorb shock during exercise. Ballet bars, a distinctive feature of this room that stretches along one wall and large Windows located on one of the walls.

For strength training

Hall with an area of 90 m2 is suitable for Boxing and pankration. For these workouts here there is all necesary equipment, including wrestling mats, pear, wall bars and other fixtures.

This room includes 15 bikes that are ideal for cardio. Small hall area, 36 m2 and light that creates a wonderful mood in the evening, distinguish this room from the others.

This cozy and warm room, with an area of 39 m2, perfect for yoga. The use of infrared lamps gives visitors the opportunity to train in comfort at any time of the year.
